Camelid Health Seminar

Florida Alpaca and Llama Association, Inc., Florida Open Lama Show Association and Southern States Llama Association are excited to announce an upcoming camelid health seminar for owners, veterinarians, technicians and all interested persons.

The cost will be $60 per person which includes all instructors, a class notebook with handouts from instructors, continental breakfast, snacks and lunch. Lunch will be catered by Sonny’s Barbecue. Space is limited, so register early.

Continuing Education—CE credits are available for veterinarians. The cost is $15 in addition to the registration fee. We will need to notify the University of Florida of all applications for CE credits prior to the seminar. Your application for CE credits is included on the registration form.

Sponsorships—Sponsorships for the seminar are available in two ways. For $50.00, the Basic Sponsorship Package includes: A business card ad in the notebook on the Sponsorship Page at the front of the notebook; listed as a sponsor on a poster at the entrance of the seminar; advertisement on a slide show that will be shown during breaks and lunch; and recognized as a sponsor on your name badge. For $100.00, the Business Sponsorship Package includes all the basic sponsorship benefits plus a display table for the exhibition of items and distribution of information. As this is a college town, there are several other motels in the area in all price ranges. It is suggested that reservations be made early as there is a soccer tournament being held at UF that weekend. Ocala is within a reasonable driving distance, also (about 35 minutes).
